What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday.

Are weekend services available?
Yes, however by appointment only and additional fees apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks or cash please.

What if I have to cancel at the last moment?
If you notify us at least 24-hours in advance of your scheduled service, there is no charge. Inside of 24 hours of your scheduled service time we charge a $25 cancellation fee.

Does White Horse Auto Concierge have same day service?
We will do our very best to serve you should a short notice situation arise. Same-day service will incur additional fees. Please call for a free quote if you find yourself in this situation.

Does White Horse Auto Concierge actually work on my vehicle?
No, we don’t work on your car, but we know the best in the automotive business that do, and we will safely and efficiently put your car in the right hands to do the required services properly.

How do you decide where to take my vehicle for service?
You can tell us where to take it, or you can let us recommend a provider for you.

Is White Horse Auto Concierge insured?
Yes. We require our clients to carry the minimum liability insurance by state law on the vehicle we service; we do, however, carry insurance to protect your vehicle.

Why were you taking pictures of my car before you departed?
We do this for two reasons. The first is to protect ourselves in the unlikely event that anything should happen to your vehicle while in our possession. The second is to use them for promotional purposes should we choose to do so (with your permission of course).

How long will it take to service my car?
This varies depending upon the type of service you desire, the location of the service provider and the provider's schedule. Therefore, each client's appointment is determined on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you throughout the process to provide you with our best estimate for its return. We will do our very best to limit the time we have your vehicle in our possession.

Will you still take my car for service in inclement weather?
We do operate in the rain.  If weather conditions are questionable, please call us to find out if we are still operating in your area. The safety of your vehicle is a top priority. We only operate in conditions that we are certain are safe for your automobile.
